Sink your teeth into our burger topped with melted parmesan cheese, our special saucy slaw, and FRIED OYSTERS, all on a Kaisar roll!
Ingredients:
Rider's Backfield Farm 1/4-pound burger patties (4 in a pak or form your own with our loose burger meat)
3 large oysters per burger- fried
1/8 cup shaved parmesan cheese per burger (do not use grated)
Finely hand shredded cabbage
Bold and Spicy cocktail sauce
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Kaiser rolls
Butter
Take shredded cabbage and add amount of cocktail sauce and mayonnaise to desired consistency to make a nice wet but not dripping slaw. Can add a little horseradish if you wish or a few drops of hot sauce to spice it up more. Set aside.
Fry your oysters as desired but be sure you do not overcook them; set aside and keep warm.
Next pan fry your burgers to medium-medium well; salt and pepper to taste.
Apply 1/8 cup shaved parmesan cheese to each burger and let melt; keep burgers warm.
Apply butter to kaiser rolls and pan roast till lightly browned on buttered side.
Assemble burger on bottom bun, top with 3 oysters, apply desired aount of slaw, top with top buttered bun.
