Backfield Farm's Peach Jalapeno Back Ribs

I just threw this Beef Back Rib recipe together one day and it is very, very simple.

Back Ribs, full set of 7Your favorite rub or salt and pepper
2 jars Peach Jalapeno Jam
Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
1 stick unsalted butter

Take the full set of back ribs (7) and thaw. Use whatever rub you want but if you are like me, I use salt and pepper and let it rest for about 1-2 hours.

Place the ribs in a roasting pan on a baking wire rack and roast covered for about 2-3 hours at 325 degrees. Remove the cover.

Take two jars of peach/jalapeno jam and place in a pan and bring to slow boil; reduce to simmer; add Siracha hot sauce to taste; we like it medium. Add about 1 stick unsalted butter and whisk so it does not break and remove from heat.

Pour all over the roast and then place the roast back in the oven for about another 30+ minutes at 350-375 degrees. Take out of the oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes; carve sections and serve.

Jimmy rates it a 8-9 and a keeper.
