Locally Raised And Finished - Quality Beef "The Way It Used To Be"

Savory Beef Brisket

Not a shred of this brisket was left after our 4th of July picnic.

 Ingredients:

3-4 # Beef Brisket
¼ tsp celery salt
½ tsp of garlic salt
½ tsp of onion salt
¼ tsp of salt
1.5 oz bottle of liquid smoke
1 and ¾ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Savory Brisket, slicedPlace thawed brisket in slow cooker or large bowl. Sprinkle on dry salt(s) and pour over liquid smoke. Cover with saran.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Place in slow cooker with juices. Cook on low heat in slow cooker for 8-10 hours.  During last hour pour over BBQ sauce.

Slice thinly across the grain and enjoy!
